Debugging Embedded target fails in Creator

Host: Ubuntu 20.04 / Windows 10

Target: Apalis-imx6

Creator: 7.0.2

Prequisite:

• Apalis-imx6 flashed with Boot2Qt 6.4.0-beta2 image & connected to host
• Creator installed & launched

Steps:

1. Open calculatr example from installed demos/examples (CmakeLists.txt for CMake build)
2. Place a breakpoint in some qml file
3. Hit Debug

Result:

Process fails with SIGBUS error. Creator debug log attached.

For reference, tested on Windows with two kits installed, Boot2Qt 6.2.4 & 6.4.0-beta2. 6.2.4 Kit / image did not result in SIGBUS error.
