Compilation and execution of JOM failed

run jom failed 

I try to find the source of the problem
Found that as long as the process qtcreator_processlauncher.exe termination

Clang format cannot be used normally
and run build Cannot be used normally

Not sure what causes qtcreator_processlauncher.exe terminated
