[zh_TW] Suggest that "Debug" be translated into "偵錯".

In Chinese Simplified (zh-CN), 'Debug' is uniformly translated into '调试'.

But in Chinese Traditional (zh-TW), I saw some places translate it into '偵錯', and some places translate it into '除錯'.

Because in Android or Microsoft's tools, 'Debug' is translated into '偵錯', I prefer using this translation.
