Generate Getter and Setter: cpp file is not scrolled to show cursor

      Using refactoring to generate getter/setter for a member the cursor is outside of the visible area of the editor if the getter and setters are inserted outside of the current visible area.

      The view should be scrolled to have the cursor visible.

      Work around: move the cursor with the arrow keys.
