Context menu not functional in snippet editor

When right clicking in sections of the Options menu that allow for keyboard input, a context menu is brought up with the usual Undo/Redo/Cut/Copy/Paste/etc options.

All context menu options besides "Context Help" are unselectable, while the hotkey shortcuts for executing them are functional.
