Integrate {run/debug} as root into release testing procedure

Could you please make sure that the following is executed regularly?

In order to test (4 cases):
Create a local test app and turn on "Run as root" in run settings.
1. "Run in terminal" OFF, try Run
2. "Run in terminal" OFF, try Start debugging
3. "Run in terminal" ON, try Run
4. "Run in terminal" ON, try Start debugging

In between tests you may want to call "sudo -K" to reset stored credentials.
