refactoring should suggest "implement all virtual functions"

      the Alt+Enter refactoring helper is very useful.
      It would be very good if it was possible to have all virtual functions of the parent class implemented at one click.
      Alt+Enter -> "implement all virtual functions of parent class"
      Now it should create the declarations and definitions in the .h and .cpp file correctly, maybe with some NotImplemented errors.
