macOS Big Sur 11.3.1 Intel Core i7 + Qt Creator 5.0.1 Sep 14th 2021 + Qt Commercial setup

Steps to reproduce

Launch example Qt SCXML Traffic Light example and run with qmake wait to stop in breakpoint and select Analyze - "QML Profile (attach to waiting application)

Result

NOK "Could not connect to the in-process QML profiler within 2s. Do you wan to retry and wait 4 seconds?"

Try later with Qt 3D Planets QML example get similar: "Could not connect to the in-process QML profiler within 2s. Do you wan to retry and wait 16 seconds?"
