[Reg 4.15->5.0] CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to Ninja

macOS Big Sur 11.3.1 (Intel Core i7) + Qt Creator 5.0.1 Sep 14th 2021 + Qt Commercial

used macOS online installer 4.1.1 to install Qt 6.2 RC and QC 5.0.1

installer installs (claims at least) also CMake 3.21.1 and Ninja 1.10.2 (see screenshot)

When building for cmake will get:""CMake was unable to find a build program corresponding to Ninja". CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is not set. You probably need to select a different build tool. " (see another screenshot)
