add CMakeLists.txt.user to .gitignore

Hi,

I made a cmake project in qt creator, and I let QT createor create the git repository for it, which in turn made a .gitignore showing up in my project. Now that .gitignore file does not include an entry for CMakeLists.txt.user and I think it should.
