[QDB] State not correctly updated to Devices option

Preconditions:

Device Creation target installation successful (with either emulator or any HW target/toolchain installed). HW flashed, powered up & connected via USB.

1. Select <device> in Device list: Select Tools → Options... → Devices → Device:<device>
2. Check "Current state" field in the Devices tab: Status: green dot status indicator with "Ready to use" status
3. Select "Reboot Device" in the Device tab: Connection state changes: "disconnected" → → → "Ready to use"
   Actual result:

The connection state stays 'disconnected' even after successful reboot and if you run an application on device and see the tooltip from the QtC toolbar on the left (showing the application name) shows device:disconnected
