Add tooltips for buttons in the annotation tooltip

I was curious what the various buttons did, and clicked on the "X" thinking it would just close the popup, but it must have made some settings to the code model, because there was a brief message on screen saying that some code model changes were applied. I don't know what they were, so I can't undo them.
