Default wasm+cmake toolchain doesn't produce html file

Default-generated cmake project is not configured to produce html file when web assembly toolchain is used. For this reason, when you successfully build and run such project, the web browser shows 404 error.

This isn't the case when we create qmake-based project - it works good in such scenario.

According to sugestions, tested with emscripten 1.39.8
