QtC OpenSSL cloning progress dialog remains open until closed by user if git not in path

Attempting to clone OpenSSL repo using QtC will leave the progress dialog hanging open until it is closed by user if git.exe is not added to path.

Perhaps some kind of warning could be added that if git is not found.
