Qt Creator 4.12.0

Description
On my computer I have both a "regular user" and an "admin" accounts.
I have to install QtCreator from the "admin" account to have administrator rights.
But, after I installed it, I cannot open it from the "regular user" account. When I try to run qtcreator.exe, Windows reports that the program crashed.
If I open it as "admin" user, it works.
Looks like qtcreator tries to read/write in the C:/Users/admin folder and it can't when "regular user" is logged instead of "admin".
Can this be fixed manually? Is there any ini file, register value or anything else that says where settings should be saved by default so that I can change it from "admin" to "regular user"?
