Description
When renaming a parameter in a method declaration, normally a light-bulb appears that proposes to rename the parameter in the method definition as well. However if the parameter is const in the definition (but not in the declaration), the light bulb does not appear.
This can be a pain in the neck if the programming style requires all unmodified variables (including parameters) to be const (which normally means you don't make parameters const in the function declaration but in the definition only).
