"Rename symbol under cursor" highlighter issue

In certain specific situations, the highlighter makes a mistake and shifts the pattern recognition by one character. Please refer to the attached sample file and try calling "Rename symbol under cursor" for "name"
In the Search Result window, you can see the highlighter is wrong for one search result.

Please note that it affects not the "Ctrl+F" search (and replace), but the (Ctrl+Shift+R) "Rename Symbol Under Cursor) search (and replace).
