Linker's output in Chinese seems garbled in CompileOutputWindow

    Description

      Linker's output will be garbled in the CompileOutputWindow if it is performed in Chinese(or probably in many other non-English languages). However, compilers from the same MSVC toolchains is able to print readable Chinese output in the CompileOutputWindow. The bug first appeared on QtCreator 4.7.0 and has not yet been fixed.
