Loosing window focus of Qt Creator

When creating new file in NEW DIRECTORY the Qt Creator loosing focus on window.

The sequence for reproducing:

1) Open dialog window for adding new file and choose any file type, it doesn't matter

2) In the next window choose location path for new file

3) Create new folder

4) Focus of creating menu widows disappeared, need to minimise main Qt Creator window for accessing creating menu window again.

My system is:
