Create artwork for the plugin

We need to create an icon for settings category.

Common requirements:

1. Something related to data collection/processing (e.g. graphs)
2. No associations with "big brother", please

Technical requirements:

1. Two versions: 24x24 and 48x48
2. Png + vector source
3. Black lines and white background (no other colors accepted)
