Allow changing environment of launched external applications

It would be nice if one could augment the environment for applications launched with the Debug->Start Debugging->Start and Debug External Application feature.

Now, in order to set the environment for applications started this way, you need to modify the environment of the Kit that is used to launch this application. These environment changes may only relate to the launched application in question, rather than all projects that use the Kit.
