When debuging starts Qt Creator resizes window to the right

When debuging starts Qt Creator resizes window to the right.

It seems to happen only when Qt Creator is opened by double clicking on the *.pro file.

Remedy to this bug is double click on the Qt Creator title bar two times (to normalize and maximize window).

I attached two screenshots: first with window after Qt Creator starts (by double click in file manager), and second when I click "Start debuging" button (bottom left).
