Not responding when save a suppress error

How to reproduce:

1. Open a project, and select Analyze -> Valgrind Memory Analyzer;
2. Right click on an item in the Memory Issues, select Suppress Error;
3. Click Save, and then qt-creator is not responding.

qtc.log is the output of pstack
