Additional file suffix for executable prevents deployment to device

When trying to build & deploy application to QNX device or Embedded (Boot2Qt) Device on Windows, the "files to deploy" field has additional .exe suffix for the target executable, thus giving error for not finding the file to deploy (see attachment).
