Android-clang compiler still not working in Qt Creator

    Description

      I downloaded the Qt 5.12.0 package and Qt Creator 4.8.0-beta2 and QTCREATORBUG-11846 is
      still not fixed there.

      What I did:
      1. Used online installer to install Qt Creator 4.8.0-beta2

      2. Started it with a fresh settings folder

      3. Added paths to NDK r18b and SDK to settings

      4. Checked kits but there was nothing there

      5. Checked the Qt versions where an error shows that no compiler is available.

      6. Checked the compilers and there was nothing for Android available

This includes regressions from the last version that are not edge cases; Data loss; Build issues; All but the most unlikely crashes/lockups/hanging; Serious usability issues and embarrassing bugs & Bugs critical to a deliverable. This is the highest possible priority for requirements.
