Boot2Qt plugins have ambiguous descriptions

Qt Creator ship two different boot2qt plugins. The names and descriptions of the plugins do not make clear which one does what. Those who don't know (or like me: forgot) the history of the plugins don't know whether both are needed or just one for adb and the other for qdb.

An unambiguous description on both would help.
