Confusing 'The program is not being run' message box

      Sometimes a 'The program is not being run' message box appears, although the program indeed is debugged.

      How to reproduce

      • Start debugging
      • Stop by Debug->Abort debugging
      • Message box "The gdb process exited unexpectedly (crashed).
      • Start debugging
      • Message box "The program is not being run"
      • Application nevertheless starts up
