d-lang MIME type handler: C++ => plain text editor

There is a default handler "C++ editor" for "text/x-dsrc", however it should be "Plain Text Editor", as the C++ editor does not hilights propertly D-sources.

I always have to reopen manually those files, and that's very inconvenient.
