      Creator pages like
      qthelp://org.qt-project.qtcreator.4682/doc/creator-targets.html or
      qthelp://org.qt-project.qtcreator.4682/doc/creator-tool-chains.html
      still show the old category "Build & Run" with a "General" tab. Instead, they should show the new "Kits" category.
