Git: "Refreshing Commit Data" in the way and removes last selection

1. Invoke "Git Commit"
2. In "Files", select one
3. Switch to another application (Alt+Tab)
4. Switch back to Qt Creator and try to diff the selected file

==> Ops, "Refreshing Commit Data" pop ups making the "Diff selected Files" button not visible for some seconds

==> Ops, the previously selected file is not selected anymore
