Qt Creator scrolls output always to the end

Several bugs lurking:
a) bool OutputWindow::isScrollbarAtBottom() const seems to be just wrong: verticalScrollBar()>value() == verticalScrollBar()>maximum(); should be better
b) Moving the visible cursor and using it to add text.
