Git integration uses wrong repository

To reproduce:

• Open a project from Git repository A in Creator but don't open any files.
• Open a file from repository B and close it.

All Git commands (branch, commit, ...) will now be executed on repository B. As there is nothing open from this repository I would expect the commands to work in repository A.
