When unchecking the tristate checkbox "Qt Creator" in the plugin dialog, the disabled checkbox for "Core" remains checked. But if Qt creator is then restarted, it will not launch, because Cor plugin is actually disabled.

Imho, it should not be possible to disable the Core plugin. Or at least the plugin dialog should indicate that it is disabled.
