Fetching the snippet from PasteBin.com seems not working

If I paste a code snippet I don't see it listed when doing "Fetch Snippet...".

Also, when I do "Fetch from URL..." and I give the url I got when pasting the snippet I get some a bit HTML code instead of the snippet itself (not sure if this is desired, but for sure unintuitive).
