Perforce menu goes away if Qt Creator is started without network connection

If Qt Creator is started when the network connection is not active (and thus the connection to Perforce fails), the Perforce menu and functionality is not available in Qt Creator until it is restarted.

It would be nice if Qt Creator could recognize when the connection is successful again, and re-activate the functionality (perhaps when the Test button is clicked in preferences, or when the Tools menu is activated).
