Debug cannot be launched on device with latest Android SDK 24.3.4

      This is an old problem, that was seen by many users.

      Qtcreator IDE cannot launch a debugger neither on Android device nor on Virtual device using the latest Android SDK 24.3.4.

      The only workaround seen so far is to downgrade the Android SDK to version 22. This is can be a problem for many who are targeting to use in their applications the latest Android SDK within QtCreator.
