Creator should show Qt Quick Components only when they are in a kit

1. Have just one kit defined: A kit that uses Qt 4.
2. Start creating a Qt Quick Application project using "File" -> "New File or Project..." -> "Application" -> "Qt Quick Application".
3. Proceed to the "Select Qt Quick Component Set" page of the wizard.
4. See the combo box.
   All component sets are available.
5. Select a component set which need Qt Quick 2 and proceed.
   No kits are available and you can't proceed.

It should not be possible to select a component set you don't have a kit for. Only available component sets should be visible.
