Externalize QML semantic check tool

People are using more and more QML for bigger projects. Willing is that they could check big projects QML semantic with some tool and get printable output log of the status.

So suggestion is that Qt Creator qmljseditor plugin containted QML semantic check (Tools->QML/JS->Run Checks) could be run also from the command line without Qt creator and output would be written to the log file.
