1. Start an Installer from the 12th of March or newer and proceed through the dialogs.
2. When Windows asks for admin privileges, click "Yes".
   An Installer Error will pop up complaining that <installation directory>\qtcreator-3.3.81\lib\vcredist_msvc2013\vcredist_x86.exe is missing.

Such a file is in the subdirectory vcredist_msvc2010. Either the file should be moved to the right location or the path used by the installer should be fixed.
