OSX: Invalid breakpoint adresses shown in the breakpoint view

      Latest OS X and Xcode: When I set breakpoints before launching the debugger, the breakpoint adresses are shown as 0xf*. But debugging is still functional otherwise.

      Breakpoints which I set during debugging show the correct address.

      Seems to be lldb specific. No difference between iOS and OSX debugging.
