The list of sessions in Welcome mode can be scrolled by dragging it with the mouse. This does not provide any value because it will move back to its initial position immediately. Scrolling is not needed anyway because every session can be accessed using the menu.

Please show the sessions at a fixed position, just like the recent projects.
