It would be nice if QtCreator maintains some history.

It would be nice if Qt Creator creates some backup file and also maintains some kind of history of the modified files for example every time a file is modified a copy of the old contents is kept in the local history so that at any time, you can compare or replace a file with any older version from the history.This can further help in some catastrophic situation.
