Regression: Can't drag widgets into UI file

1. Open a UI file in Creator's integrated Widget Designer.
2. Try to drag and drop a Widget, e.g. a QButton, onto the window.
   You can't drop it there.

With Creator 3.0, built on the very same version of Qt, this works fine.
