It would be nice if one could choose to simulate on an iPad virtual device instead of an iPhone virtual device, perhaps even target different iPhone versions (if possible). It would also be nice to allow to simulate correctly in portrait vs. landscape modes.

The current workaround is to launch the exported .xcodeproj directly in Xcode and manipulate the settings there, or in the iOSSimulator itself after launch.

It seems there is a setting needed in the exported .xcodeproj to allow turning the virtual iPad to allow the app to re-display as landscape. (Seems to be stuck in Portrait mode.)
