Focus in wrong spin box when clicking up/down arrows

1. Open a qml file in Design mode.
2. Select an item.
3. In Geometry editor, click into one of the spin boxes, e.g. "X".
   A cursor starts blinking in this spin box.
4. Click onto one of the arrows in one of the other spin boxes, e.g. "W".
   The value in this spin box changes but the cursor keeps blinking in the other.
5. Press a number key on your keyboard.
   The value changes in the first spin box.

When clicking onto an arrow in one of the spin boxes, it should immediately get the cursor and the focus.
