Font rendering broken in new Welcome screen

    Description

      The fonts in the new (Qt Quick 2) based welcome screen are unreadably fluffy.

      Attached screen shots of 2.8 (Qt Quick 1) and 3.0 (Qt Quick 2). Note the vertical (non) alignment of baselines with pixel boundaries.
