Qt Creator QSpinbox值乱码

Windows系统下，系统语言设置，区域格式改为 中文（简体汉字，澳门特别行政区）

Qt Creator自身 和 开发程序中的 QSpinbox类 的值显示都是乱码（也可能是其它字符集，反正不是阿拉伯数字）
