windeployqt: add ability to specify custom qml output directory

      We have --plugindir to specify plugin deployment directory, but there's no option for specifying directory to place qml files into (–qmldir  is for scanning, not deployment).

      It would be much "neater" have plugins deployed inside <appdir>/plugins/... and QML files inside <appdir>/qml/..., for example.
