Creating a brush with style and setting a QTransform to it that attempts to change either scaling or rotation is ignored by QPainter when painter is rendering something (for example rects).

In the sample, right side rectangle should be scaled or rotated, which ever is chosen from the code. Scaled by default.

This also reproduces in Qt 5.12.x and likely before that.
