Hover does not work after clicking on window after focus changed.

If an external link or window is opened from the application, Hover does not work after window is clicked to gain the focus.
Attached example shows it.
Steps to reproduce:
OS: MacOS only.
1. Test hover effect of any items on the main window.
2. Open an external link from the app.
3. Click on the main app window to focus on it.
4. Test hover effects again.
